It is time to reclaim the season of Lent! This is the year we decide to observe Lent and not let it pass us by in a blur! Lenten Scripture Study will explore the weekly Lenten readings on 7 Wednesday evenings from 2/18-4/1 from 6:30-8 P.M. in the conference room at the parish office on 3 Elm Street. (Please use the Elm Street entrance.) Let us gather to live the Word of God together. All are welcome to come for any or all the evenings. You may read, share or just listen as we enrich our relationship with Christ. You may bring a bible; if not I will have one for your use. Questions? Contact Mary Lou LaBarge at marry_lou@yahoo.com or 413-531-4644

The Catechism of the Catholic Church #133 states: The Church…exhorts all the Christian faithful…to learn ‘the surpassing knowledge of Jesus Christ’, by frequent reading of the divine Scriptures. Come and share with an informal group as we explore the weekly Lenten Gospels.

Do you relish old Family History?
Family stories of times past remind us of our values, aims and goals. Stories introduce us to who we are and who we are capable of being. Gospel stories soften our hearts to a new Truth. A Gospel story can heal, encourage, comfort, inspire, transform, elevate, build and reshape. Attend Lenten Scripture Study as we explore the history and readings for the Lenten Sundays. We will meet 3 more Wednesday evenings 3/18 – 4/1 from 6:30-8 P.M. at the parish office on 3 Elm Street. You may read, share or just listen as we enrich our relationship with Christ. Questions?
